CyberCoders, Inc. in Blue Bell, PA is seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney with 5+ years of experience for a hybrid role. You will handle commercial motor vehicle defense, UM/UIM, premises liability, construction accidents, and product liability from evaluation to resolution or trial.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing; New Jersey Bar admission preferred.
• 5+ years of general liability litigation experience.
• Experience managing litigation files from inception through resolution.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and electronic document management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new matters and develop litigation strategies.
• Manage general liability files from inception through resolution.
• Communicate with clients regarding case developments, strategy, exposure, and next steps.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue discovery motions.
• Prepare dispositive, pretrial, post-trial, and appellate motions.
• Attend pretrial conferences and court listings.
• Represent clients at hearings, motions, trials, and other court proceedings.
