The ideal candidate will have a JD, Virginia bar admission, 8+ years of defense litigation experience in general liability and related areas, strong communication, and a client-facing approach.

• Admitted to practice in Virginia.
• 8+ years of defense litigation experience.
• Experience in personal injury, general liability, catastrophic injury, and transportation preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Client-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Legal project management experience is helpful.
