Weston, Inc. is seeking a General Counsel to serve as the chief legal officer for the corporate services team in Ohio. This role provides strategic legal leadership across all real estate activities including acquisitions, financing, development, leasing, and governance.

The General Counsel will manage outside counsel, shape policy, and collaborate with executive leadership to protect assets and enable growth. The ideal candidate has a JD, Ohio license, and 10+ years in CRE law.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and Ohio bar admission.
• Extensive CRE transactional experience and leadership.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and contract lifecycle skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal legal advisor to ownership and executive leadership.
• Provide practical, business-focused guidance to support informed decision-making.
