Qualifications

• Lead all general construction cost estimating firm wide.
• Proficiency with estimating from concept to bid level with historical cost data.
• Develop detailed quantity takeoffs and cost plans.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and roll-up of cost estimates to include all trades on a project.
• Mentor and train junior staff within the Estimating Team.
• Support strategic growth of the Estimating Team and Construction Management practice.
