Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent with 2-4 years of related experience.
• Experience with month-end close and general ledger reconciliation in a multi-entity environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post month-end journal entries and adjusting entries.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and clear reconciling items.
• Perform monthly P&L analysis and explain variances against budget and prior period.
• Coordinate intercompany reconciliations and inventory reconciliation.
• Support vendor payments, tax filings, and annual audit activities.
• Assist with fixed asset administration and depreciation tasks.
