Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Senior Databricks FDE to rapidly prototype and deliver GenAI-enabled solutions for enterprise clients. You will collaborate with senior client teams, architects, and engineers to translate business needs into high-impact AI solutions, delivering production-quality code and reusable assets.

You will mentor colleagues, support sales demos, and drive end-to-end delivery while traveling to client engagements as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in software/data/analytics engineering.
• 1+ years building GenAI/LLM solutions in client or production use.
• 1+ years with Databricks tech: DBRX, MLflow, Vector Search or Databricks AI Gateway.
• 1+ years leading project workstreams translating business problems into AI solutions.
• 1+ years writing maintainable, well-documented code.
• Ability to travel ~50% on average to client sites.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Embed with clients to identify business needs and map GenAI use cases to solutions.
• Partner with leaders to align priorities and delivery for AI transformations.
• Lead sessions to shape solutions and drive client outcomes.
• Prototype and deliver GenAI solutions with industry expertise.
• Mentor newer team members and contribute reusable components.
