Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Databricks FDE in the United States to rapidly prototype and deliver GenAI-enabled solutions alongside senior client teams. You will build production-grade AI applications, mentor others, and drive measurable business impact from day one.

Join a pod-based delivery model where you shape solutions with architects and engineers, develop demos/POCs, and contribute to reusable assets while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science or Engineering.
• 5+ years in software, data or analytics engineering.
• 1+ years GenAI/LLM deployments in client/production environments.
• 1+ years Databricks hands-on with DBRX/MLflow/Vector Search/DB Gateway.
• 1+ years leading project workstreams and translating problems into AI solutions.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Embed with clients to identify business needs and translate GenAI use cases into solutions.
• Partner with leaders to align priorities and deliverables.
• Lead sessions to shape solutions and drive client outcomes.
• Prototype and deliver GenAI solutions using industry expertise.
• Mentor newer team members and contribute reusable assets.
• Develop demos/POCs and support proposals and knowledge transfer.
