Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a GenAI Solution Architect to shape AI-first engineering strategies and design scalable generative AI solutions for enterprise programs. The role collaborates with business, engineering, architecture, and technology teams to build cloud-native AI platforms leveraging LLMs, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities include driving architecture, building scalable GenAI applications, and ensuring modern DevOps practices and API integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience designing Generative AI solutions and LLM-powered applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
• Strong background in cloud-native architectures, APIs, and microservices.
• Proficiency with AWS and Amazon Bedrock in enterprise environments.
• Experience using AI-enhanced development tools like GitHub Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-first engineering strategy and lead architecture and delivery of enterprise Generative AI solutions.
• Design scalable cloud-native architectures leveraging LLMs, AI agents, APIs and microservices.
• Build and deploy GenAI-powered apps using GPT-4/4o, Claude, Gemini, Llama.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate software delivery and improve developer productivity.
• Define and promote CI/CD and DevOps standards for cloud-native apps.
