Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a GenAI Solution Architect to drive engineering strategy and design scalable, cloud-native GenAI solutions across enterprise programs. You will work with business, engineering, architecture, and technology teams to build AI-first systems leveraging LLMs, AI agents, and modern DevOps practices.

You will design and deploy GenAI-powered applications using GPT-4/4o, Claude, Gemini, and Llama, while promoting CI/CD standards and secure API integration.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing and delivering Generative AI solution architectures, including LLM-powered apps and agents.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
• Experience developing GenAI solutions using GPT-4/4o, Claude, Gemini, and Llama.
• Strong experience with AWS, Amazon Bedrock, cloud-native architecture, APIs, and microservices.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools within enterprise software engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience with AI platform engineering and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Strong stakeholder leadership and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-first engineering strategy and lead architecture and delivery of enterprise GenAI solutions.
• Design scalable, cloud-native architectures leveraging LLMs, AI agents, APIs, and microservices.
• Build and deploy GenAI-powered apps using GPT-4/4o, Claude, Gemini, and Llama with advanced prompt techniques.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot and AI tools to accelerate software delivery and productivity.
• Define and promote engineering standards across CI/CD, DevOps, API integration, and cloud-native apps.
• Design AI solutions leveraging AWS and Amazon Bedrock to support scalable platforms.
