Job summary

Amazon Annapurna Labs in New York, NY is seeking a technical lead to drive the GenAI initiative around Neuron and Trainium. You will lead a team building agents, tools and models to accelerate customer adoption of Neuron and the ML silicon stack.

You will guide vision, strategy and execution across software and ML compiler related work, mentoring engineers and ensuring high availability, performance and security across complex AI workloads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading design or architecture of software systems.
• 5+ years full software development lifecycle experience.
• Hands-on Generative AI experience and ability to present complex tech to executives.
• Experience mentoring teams and leading engineering groups.
• Experience with ML compilers or GenAI model architecture is a plus.
