Qualifications

• 3+ years building ML models for business applications.
• PhD or MS with 6+ years of applied research experience.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related languages.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to GenAI, deep learning, multi-objective optimization, or reinforcement learning solutions for ad retrieval, auctions, and relevance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with scientists, engineers, and PMs to deploy production-ready ML solutions.
• Stay updated on GenAI/LLMs trends and prototype innovative concepts.
• Improve rigor by selecting and implementing best-in-class algorithms and scalable infrastructure.
• Mentor junior scientists and engineers to build a high-performing team.
