Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Reporting and Automation Analyst in India to lead reporting insights and GenAI initiatives within Legal Analytics under the COO. The role focuses on automating data workflows, developing dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to support business objectives.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, and AI/GenAI technologies, and will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize data governance and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Reporting & Automation, with proficiency in BI tools/technologies like SQL, SAS, Python, Tableau, MicroStrategy, etc.
• Ability to develop scripts for automating routine tasks (e.g., Python scripting for file processing, API integrations).
• Experience in developing reports, data analysis, and implementing automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of the analytics ecosystem: data strategy, process optimization, and visualization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Reporting Insights and GenAI Senior Analyst to drive automation and analytics for Legal Analytics in COO.
• Data collection, cleaning, and analysis to identify trends and insights for business operations.
• Design, develop, and maintain MIS and reports for stakeholders with KPIs and metrics.
• Develop automated solutions to streamline manual tasks using Python, SQL, and automation tools.
• Create dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) for real-time performance visibility.
• Lead AI/GenAI integration, utilizing LLMs, NLP, and predictive analytics for decision-making.
