Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on AI/ML or data science experience.
• Strong foundation in classical ML algorithms and practical applications.
• Deep understanding of LLMs and end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines.
• Expertise in prompt engineering and LLM evaluation/testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python and core AI/ML libraries.
• Experience retrieving and manipulating large datasets using SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based solutions with focus on RAG systems.
• Apply Agentic AI concepts to solve complex business problems.
• Use diverse ML techniques to generate insights and improve AI-driven solutions.
• Lead prompt engineering efforts and establish testing frameworks for LLM apps.
• Work with large datasets to source, clean, and prepare data for modeling.
