You will work with engineers, researchers, and product managers to deploy AI software components and guardrails across production systems. The ideal candidate combines deep technical skills in hardware, software, and AI with a passion for responsible, scalable AI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's plus several years of AI/ML algorithm development experience
- At least 6 years of experience programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java
- Experience deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms
- Proven ability to lead and mentor an engineering team
- Experience designing and optimizing training and inference software
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components
- Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI technologies
- Invent state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques
- Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap of foundational AI systems
