Qualifications

• Experience designing agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration.
• Proven ability to build scalable, extensible AI platforms.
• Experience with observability, tracing and metrics in large systems.
• Knowledge of security, governance, and access control in enterprise environments.
• Ability to enable teams to develop agents independently within common standards.
• Experience with evaluation loops and guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic workflows and orchestration.
• Create enterprise-grade observability across platform.
• Develop centralized gateway for AI model interactions and tools.
• Ensure security, authentication, authorization, throttling and policy enforcement.
• Build reusable platform for multiple business domains.
