Our client is a fast-growing European fintech firm in spend management, building AI platform capabilities and agentic tooling. We seek a Senior AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate shared GenAI infra that powers product squads and ensures guardrails and reliability.

Qualifications

Must have Kotlin or Python proficiency.
Experience designing/building/operating shared GenAI infrastructure: LLM routing, vector search, RAG.
Strong distributed-systems fundamentals: async workflows, idempotency, failure design.
Hands-on production experience with LLM APIs.
AI-security mindset: prompt injection, PII in logs, credential handling.
Agent & harness engineering fluency with concrete tooling experience.
Comfortable with Claude Code and GitHub Copilot in daily work.

Responsibilities

Design, build and operate shared GenAI infrastructure: LLM routing, vector search and RAG infrastructure.
Apply strong distributed-systems fundamentals: async workflows, idempotency, failure design.
Work hands-on with LLM APIs in production.
Apply AI-security practices: prompt injection defenses, PII-in-logs handling.
Embed into client squads and share patterns beyond the team.
