Job summary

Amazon is seeking a senior AI/ML Scientist or Engineer for the Sponsored Products and Brands team. You will lead development of AI-powered Brand Stores, shape a multi-year research roadmap, and prototype GenAI solutions in production environments.

You will design experiments, analyze data deeply, and communicate outcomes to diverse audiences while advancing advertising technology at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building ML models for business applications.
• PhD or Master's with six+ years of applied research.
• Experience in Java, C++, Python and AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered Brand Store systems and optimize advertiser and shopper experiences.
• Define a multi-year science vision and roadmaps for teams.
• Architect ahead of GenAI curves and position solution strategies.
• Design and run rigorous A/B experiments with deep data analysis.
• Translate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
