• Stakeholder Engagement: Present AI methodologies and trade-offs to leadership
• Model Optimization: Implement prompt engineering, testing, and optimization for quality and safety
• Stay Updated: Incorporate GenAI advancements into production systems
• Team & Project Coordination: Define scope, timelines, and coordinate with offshore teams
