Job summary

Insight Global in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced machine learning professional to design, deploy, and support ML solutions that drive business outcomes. You will partner with Data Analytics and Engineering teams to build robust AI workflows using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms.

You will handle data prep, model evaluation, and production-scale deployment while leveraging LLMs to accelerate development and automate tasks. A strong emphasis on hands-on coding and project management.

Qualifications

• Experience with machine learning/AI technologies.
• Experience using LLMs to accelerate development and generate code.
• Ability to prompt AI tools to develop and troubleshoot Python programs.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, or AWS.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and support ML solutions with Data Analytics and Engineering teams.
• Maintain infrastructure to support ML models including deployment, monitoring, and performance evaluation.
• Write and maintain Python code to support AI initiatives, with hands-on development.
• Support ML lifecycle via data preparation: cleansing, labeling, validation.
• Analyze model performance and optimize solutions for production scalability.
• Work with structured and unstructured data using SQL and cloud technologies.
• Collaborate across ML process phases with strong organization and project management.
• Support ML initiatives by contributing components of the model development lifecycle.
• Leverage AI tools and LLMs to improve development efficiency and automate tasks.
