Job summary

Hitachi Digital Services is seeking a senior solution architect to lead end-to-end architecture for AI, GenAI, IoT, and digital transformation initiatives across asset-heavy industries. You will guide enterprise delivery, influence executives, and mentor distributed teams to ensure scalable, secure outcomes.

You will partner with global architects and engineering teams to shape technology strategy and governance, leveraging cloud, Kubernetes, and modern AI platforms.

Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of solution architecture, technology leadership, and enterprise delivery experience in AI, cloud, platform, or digital transformation programs.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders, lead global teams, mentor talent, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Must-have technical skills include AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, IoT/IIoT, Edge Computing, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, APIs, Distributed Systems, Kubernetes, Containers, DevOps, Security, and Enterprise Architecture.

Meet Our Team:

Join a leadership team driving enterprise-scale AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, Physical AI, IoT, Cloud, and Digital Transformation initiatives for customers in asset-heavy industries such as Energy, Rail, and Manufacturing.

Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, leading architecture discussions, solution workshops, and executive-level engagements.

Work with globally distributed architects and engineering teams to deliver innovative, scalable, secure, and business-critical solutions.

Help shape technology strategy, governance, architecture standards, and adoption of emerging technologies across large transformation programs.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Define end-to-end architecture for AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, Physical AI, IoT, Cloud, and Digital Transformation solutions.
• Lead technical delivery from strategy through implementation, ensuring quality, scalability, security, governance, and successful business outcomes.
• Drive architecture reviews, technology standards, best practices, and enterprise-wide adoption of emerging technologies.
• Mentor architects and engineering teams while leading customer workshops, executive discussions, and cross-functional delivery efforts.

What You Bring To The Team

• 15+ years of solution architecture, technology leadership, and enterprise delivery experience, with proven success leading large-scale AI, cloud, platform, or digital transformation programs.
• Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to influence executive stakeholders, lead global teams, mentor talent, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Must-have technical skills: AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Physical AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, LLMs, RAG, Multi-Agent Architectures, AI Orchestration Frameworks, MLOps, IoT/IIoT, Edge Computing, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, APIs, Distributed Systems, Kubernetes, Containers, DevOps, Security, Integration, and Enterprise Architecture.
• Required industry experience: Delivery experience within asset-heavy industries such as Energy, Rail, or Manufacturing . Experience with HPC (CUDA, ROCm, Weka, GPFS), NVIDIA technologies, and Computer Vision models (CNNs, YOLO, ViTs, VLMs) is highly preferred.
