Job summary

Luxoft Germany seeks a Full Stack Engineer with GenAI hands-on experience to join a team building AI-powered applications for a major US insurance provider. Responsibilities span React/Next.js frontends, Python/FastAPI backends, and MCP servers on Azure.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js with Hooks, SSR/ISR and API Routes.
• Backend experience in Python with FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience building MCP servers with FastMCP.
• Practical experience creating AI agents and GenAI features in applications.
• Azure deployment and cloud experience.
• REST/GraphQL API design and integration.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Must have

Nice to have

Experience building GenAI applications in insurance or financial services.Experience with OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude or Azure OpenAI APIs.Familiarity with RAG, vector search and LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph).Experience with frontend AI tooling such as the Vercel AI SDK.Experience with Docker, GitHub Actions and AKS.Familiarity with AuthN/AuthZ (OAuth 2.0, Entra ID) and compliance requirements for PII in regulated industries.
