Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience shipping production software.
• Deep production experience in Python, Java, Rust, C#, C++, and TypeScript, with delivery in at least two languages.
• Ownership across the stack: backend APIs, frontend (React), data modeling, cloud deployment.
• Ability to onboard quickly and contribute working code early.
• Strong written communication and collaboration with the research team.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack applications and internal tools across supported languages.
• Integrate pre-release model APIs into working software, including tooling and telemetry.
• Diagnose model and integration failures and provide clear feedback to researchers.
• Prototype rapidly against shifting requirements and deliver working increments.
• Maintain code quality, architecture, and documentation with the team.
