Job summary

HARMAN International in Novi, MI is seeking a hands-on Senior GenAI/Software Engineer to architect and deliver enterprise AI copilots for supply chain workflows. You will design RAG pipelines, vector databases, and agent-based tooling, integrating with internal platforms and enterprise data.

This role emphasizes production-grade software, cloud and on‑prem infra, secure tool use, and observability. You will collaborate with procurement, analytics, cybersecurity, and IT teams to ship solutions

Qualifications

• 8+ years of production software experience, with ML/GenAI and hands-on LLM work.
• Proficient in Python and Node.js with APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex and GenAI tooling.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus).
• Cloud and infra: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production-grade GenAI copilots and AI workflows for supply chain use cases.
• Architect scalable data and AI systems with RAG, vector databases, and agent workflows.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from prototyping to deployment and monitoring.
• Build secure integrations with enterprise data platforms via APIs and events.
• Ensure observability and governance with Datadog, Grafana, and LangFuse.
