Job summary

HARMAN Automotive is seeking an AI Developer to design, build, and support practical AI and Generative AI solutions that empower Partner with Customer workflows across sales, marketing, and strategy. The role focuses on delivering copilots, RAG features, and AI-enabled insights through secure, scalable products.

You will work with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, low-code platforms, and data pipelines to create reliable AI-driven processes that save time and improve decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience designing AI-enabled workflows across enterprise data and collaboration platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into AI-driven products and copilots.
• Knowledge of guardrails, access controls, and safety checks for AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Build AI and Generative AI solutions that support customer engagement, RFx and business case development, opportunity analytics, market intelligence, strategic portfolio planning, and sales enablement.
• Create production-ready copilots, RAG search experiences, document summarization workflows, recommendation services, and automation tools for Partner with Customer stakeholders.
• Use Microsoft 365 content and services (SharePoint, Teams) as reliable sources for AI-enabled workflows.
• Apply Power Platform capabilities to accelerate adoption, intake, approvals, and workflow orchestration.
• Integrate with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, low-code platforms, and structured/unstructured data sets.
• Design and implement retrieval pipelines over heterogeneous content like RFx materials, market intelligence, and CRM records.
• Tune embedding models, vector search configurations, and prompt patterns to improve relevance and answer quality.
• Develop agentic workflows with LangChain, LlamaIndex, MCP, and orchestration frameworks.
