Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of software development experience in languages, data structures, and algorithms.
• 8 years with ML/AI algorithms, tools, deep learning, or related modeling.
• 8 years testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 5 years in design/architecture.
• 7 years leading technical project strategy, ML design, and optimizing ML infrastructure.
• 2 years with GenAI techniques or GenAI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML projects in search ads and monetization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI-driven ads optimization.
• Design, build, test, and deploy scalable AI/ML systems.
• Identify gaps and implement AI-based automation in engineering processes.
• Partner with AdsAI, GDM and other teams to explore AI in ads.
