Qualifications

• Advanced Python development with GenAI and ML libraries.
• Hands-on with large language models and prompt engineering.
• Proven ability building RAG pipelines and working with vector databases.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Generative AI applications across client-facing and internal platforms.
• Develop LLM-powered solutions using prompt engineering, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines.
• Own AI chatbots and conversational agents to production standards, including performance, scalability, and compliance.
• Create AI agents across digital and voice channels for real-time interactions.
• Deliver proof-of-concept solutions for use cases like document understanding, summarisation and knowledge assistants.
• Optimise model usage, prompts, and parameters to balance accuracy, cost and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and external partners to align AI solutions with business priorities.
