Job summary

Factspan Analytics seeks an autonomous Generative AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production‑grade GenAI apps on GCP. You will own end‑to‑end lifecycle from fine‑tuning LLMs to deploying containerized services with Vertex AI, GKE, and private VPC security.

You will work across product, data engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑performance, bias‑mitigated AI systems for retail clients. Strong IC capabilities and hands‑on independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Tech / B.E. required; Masters is a plus).
• 5+ years in ML/AI with 3+ years deploying GenAI/LLM-powered apps.
• Hands-on IC capable of building AI microservices and deploying to cloud without hand-holding.
• Proficiency with GCP, Vertex AI, GKE, BigQuery, IAM/VPC security.

Responsibilities

• End‑to‑End LLM development: fine-tune and optimize LLMs for retail use cases.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines using vector stores and embeddings.
• Deploy secure, low‑latency AI apps on GCP within private VPCs.
• Build and manage CI/CD and MLOps pipelines for versioning, testing, and retraining.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to deliver high‑quality AI systems.
