Job summary

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC in California seeks an experienced ML engineer to design, deploy, and maintain production-grade Generative AI applications and APIs on GCP, focusing on Gemini models, RAG architectures, and vector databases.

You will build automated MLOps pipelines using Vertex AI, Kubeflow, Cloud Build, and Terraform, optimize resources for performance and security, and collaborate with data science, data engineering, and product teams to translate business needs into AI

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of industry experience in machine learning.
• 3+ years hands-on building and deploying Generative AI models in production.
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI.
• Proficient in Python and data science libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Hands-on with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face.
• Strong SQL and unstructured data management.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes (GKE), and CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade Generative AI applications and APIs on GCP.
• Develop automated MLOps pipelines using Vertex AI, Kubeflow, Cloud Build, and Terraform.
• Implement techniques like fine-tuning, quantization, and prompt engineering to improve accuracy and latency.
• Optimize GCP resources for performance, cost, and security (IAM, VPC).
• Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Product teams to map AI roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security regulations, and ethical AI standards.
