Qualifications

• 5+ years GenAI experience with LLMs, RAG, prompts.
• 5+ years building pipelines with LangChain/LangGraph/Foundry Agent Service.
• 5+ years evaluating GenAI performance, scalability.
• 5+ years end-to-end GenAI lifecycle: design, dev, deployment.
• 5+ years secure deployment, horizontal scaling, reliability.
• 5+ years monitoring, logging, observability in prod.
• 5+ years GenAI across cloud (Azure/AWS).
• 5+ years distributed system design for AI workloads.
• 5+ years containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), IaC (Terraform, ARM/Bicep).
• 5+ years availability, performance, security focus.
• 5+ years Python and microservices architecture.
• 5+ years secure coding and data handling in regulated environments.
• 5+ years CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment workflows.
• 5+ years code reviews and engineering best practices.
