Woongjin, Inc. is seeking an AI DevOps Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise AI agents and GenAI solutions for clients in consumer electronics and retail.

This role blends hands-on GenAI/app development with DevOps and production support for deployed AI solutions. The ideal candidate has 9+ years in software development, AI, cloud, or DevOps, with strong GenAI/LLM experience and a track record in IT consulting or client-facing projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 9+ years of software development, AI, cloud, or DevOps experience with GenAI/LLM development
• Client-facing IT consulting experience preferred
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple client projects and explain AI concepts to diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom AI agents and GenAI applications
• Develop, test, deploy, monitor, and enhance AI solutions across environments
• Translate client requirements into practical AI solutions
• Implement RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and tool calling
• Provide DevOps and production support including monitoring and incident resolution
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
• Evaluate AI models and technologies for client projects
