Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking a Senior GenAI & Data Engineer to design and integrate AI-enabled solutions in a large-scale financial services setting. The role blends hands-on Generative AI, LLM development, and data engineering using Python and AWS.

The position requires building AI agents, RAG solutions, scalable data pipelines, and cloud-native workloads on AWS Bedrock, Lambda, Glue, and Step Functions. Onsite 3–5 days/week in Reston with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Generative AI and LLMs in enterprise environments.
• Experience building RAG solutions and using Amazon Bedrock.
• Advanced Python and PySpark for data processing and AI applications.
• Strong data engineering skills for large-scale data pipelines and models.
• Hands-on with AWS services (Lambda, Glue, Step Functions).
• Experience with REST APIs and system integration.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
