Zusammenfassung

Simple Solutions seeks a Sr. Data Engineer (GenAI & AWS) for remote/hybrid work with travel. You will design scalable data pipelines using AWS services, build document-processing workflows with OCR/embeddings, and deploy AI agents on Bedrock.

Extensive experience (12–20+ years) in cloud data platforms and GenAI tooling is required, with strong Python and SQL skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, travel to client sites for workshops, and contribute to architecture decisions

Qualifikationen

• Proficient in Python and SQL with strong data engineering background.
• Hands-on AWS data services: Step Functions, Lambda, S3, Glue.
• Experience with Textract, Comprehend and Document AI/OCR.
• Familiarity with vector DBs, embeddings, and RAG workflows.
• Knowledge-base integration and AI agents (Bedrock).
• CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions; IaC with Terraform / CDK.
• IAM, API integrations, and AgentCore Runtime exposure.

Aufgaben

• Design and build data pipelines on AWS for GenAI workloads.
• Create automated document processing and extraction workflows.
• Implement chunking, embeddings, and semantic search for data retrieval.
• Develop and maintain vector databases and knowledge bases for RAG.
• Integrate knowledge bases with AI agents and Bedrock runtimes.
• Develop AI agents using Claude Agent SDK and deploy on Bedrock.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and automate builds, tests, and deployments.
• Optimize pipelines for scalability, security, and reliability.
