Job summary

Amazon is seeking a product manager for GenAI-powered troubleshooting and agentic AI operations. You will own the product vision for diagnostic tools, cloud-issue diagnostics, and tooling to assist with agentic AI operations, partnering with multiple engineering teams to deliver experiences across the full agent lifecycle.

The role focuses on serving large enterprise customers and internal Support teams, with collaboration across Sales, Account teams, AI/ML, security, and observability

Qualifications

3+ years of team management experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Responsibilities
