Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a product manager to own and drive GenAI-powered troubleshooting and agentic AI operations capabilities.

You will define the product vision for diagnostics and tooling to simplify cloud operations, partnering with engineering teams to deliver cohesive experiences across the agent lifecycle. You will work closely with Sales and Accounts to position these capabilities as a strategic differentiator and engage with AWS AI/ML, security, observability, and support

Qualifications

3+ years of team management experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Responsibilities

Own and drive GenAI-powered troubleshooting and agentic AI operations capabilities.
Define the product vision for diagnostic tools for cloud issues, tools to simplify cloud operations, and tooling to assist with agentic AI operations.
Partner with multiple engineering teams to deliver cohesive experiences across the full agent lifecycle.
Work with Sales and Account teams to position these capabilities as a strategic differentiator.
Collaborate across AWS's AI/ML, security, observability, and support services.
