Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Generative AI or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Hands-on with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and AI agents.
• Experience deploying enterprise AI in production.
• Familiarity with vector databases and cloud AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Build production-ready applications utilizing LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar models.
• Develop RAG-based solutions using vector databases like FAISS, ChromaDB, or Pinecone.
• Implement prompt engineering, tuning, and model evaluation frameworks.
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Monitor production AI applications for performance, latency, and cost optimization.
• Design AI agents and workflow automation using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Ensure responsible AI controls, security, governance, and compliance.
