Job summary

Amazon in the United States is seeking an AI/ML Specialist Solutions Architect to design scalable, secure AI/ML and Generative AI solutions on AWS for strategic accounts. You will guide GenAI/Agentic AI implementations, create reference architectures, and enable customers, partners, and ISVs to leverage AI at scale.

You will engage with executives and engineers, develop technical content, and help establish governance and responsible AI practices across customer workloads on AWS.

Qualifications

10+ years of technology domain experience (e.g., software, cloud, data).
Experience developing tech solutions and roadmaps for IT transformation.
Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.

Responsibilities

Build trusted advisor relationships with technical decision-makers to drive AWS AI adoption.
Design scalable, secure, cost-efficient AI/ML solutions on AWS for enterprise needs.
Create technical content, reference architectures, workshops, and demos for GenAI/agentic AI.
Foster an internal AWS AI community and enable knowledge sharing across teams.
Collaborate with business development, professional services, and support for AI deployments.
