GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Architect to define and govern the architecture for foundation-model, RAG, conversational, and agentic GenAI solutions across Wind Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related technical field; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Significant hands-on experience architecting and deploying production generative AI, RAG, conversational, or agentic systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of foundation models, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, prompt/context engineering, structured generation, tool use, and model evaluation.
• Experience with orchestration and application frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, n8n, or equivalent, without dependence on any single framework.
• Experience integrating AI applications with enterprise APIs, identity, data platforms, document repositories, workflow systems, and observability services.

Responsibilities

• Define the Generative AI Architecture for Wind Engineering including reference architectures for foundation-model applications, RAG, tool-using assistants, and multi-agent workflows.
• Design agentic and tool-integrated workflows with patterns for planning, memory, approvals, and bounded actions.
• Establish evaluation standards and automated testing, including regression testing and red-team evidence.
• Architect enterprise workflow integration ensuring content is identifiable, reviewable, and properly validated.
• Mentor teams in GenAI system design, evaluation, and competency development.
