Job summary

Nuaav is seeking a Senior AI Engineer / AI Architect to design and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions focused on Generative AI, LLMs and RAG. You will lead architecture, development and production rollout of multi-agent workflows across cloud-native platforms.

The role blends hands-on engineering with solution design, guiding teams and collaborating with business units to translate complex requirements into scalable AI systems.

Qualifications

• 10–14+ years of software engineering and architecture experience.
• 4–5+ years in AI/ML, GenAI, NLP or intelligent automation with hands-on GenAI work.
• Proven track record deploying production-grade AI applications and systems.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, production-ready AI architectures and agentic systems.
• Lead implementation of AI-driven platforms, multi-agent workflows and automation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and business stakeholders on solution design.
• Drive performance tuning, latency, and retrieval quality for AI applications.
• Establish architecture standards and mentor engineering teams.
