Job summary

Fractal Analytics Inc. seeks a hands-on Lead GenAI Engineer to architect and ship production GenAI systems. You will own delivery quality, set technical direction for a distributed team, and work at the intersection of large language models and enterprise analytics.

You will prototype against evolving requirements and implement robust evaluation, observability, and guardrails to ensure reliable analytics delivery. Strong backend skills and data mindset are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years engineering experience, 4+ years in production GenAI or LLM systems.
• Proven track record building RAG pipelines and agentic workflows with measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on with agent orchestration frameworks and modern GenAI patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of production GenAI systems end-to-end.
• Stay hands-on in codebase and own delivery quality.
• Architect and guide distributed engineering teams across LLM orchestration and analytics delivery.
