Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field with years of AI/ML experience

• 6+ years of Python/Go/Scala/CUDA/Java programming experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components
• Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI technologies (AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, PyTorch)
• Invent state-of-the-art foundation model optimization techniques
• Contribute to long-term AI systems roadmap at Capital One
• Lead multi-model orchestration and governance reviews
