Job summary

TheMathCompany is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and scale enterprise AI solutions. You will lead a team of AI engineers, implement GenAI deployments, and ensure robust data architectures that scale with growing data volumes.

You will apply your expertise in LLMs, embeddings, retrieval techniques, and prompt engineering, while collaborating with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals. A strong foundation in Python, Databricks, and cloud platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• 4.5–7 years of development and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Strong data modeling and RDBMS/NoSQL experience with SDLC and testing.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Experience in Databricks workflows and API usage.
• Proficiency with Python libraries for data processing and API development.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable AI solutions.
• Develop and implement advanced Generative AI solutions (LLMs, embeddings).
• Ensure data architectures and infrastructure scale with data growth.
• Lead and mentor a team of AI Engineers and drive best practices.
• Identify skill gaps and provide professional development opportunities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and set priorities.
• Ensure projects align with business objectives and data strategy.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across data projects.
• Identify process improvements to enhance data operations efficiency.
