CVS Health Corporation is seeking a GCP Platform Technical Lead to own and evolve the enterprise GCP platform, partnering with architecture, security, and business stakeholders. You will write production-grade code, review designs, and mentor engineers to ensure scalable, secure cloud solutions.

The role focuses on platform ownership, IaC-led delivery, and continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on governance and cost optimization in a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cloud and infrastructure engineering with 5+ years of hands-on GCP at enterprise scale.
• Ownership of a GCP organization, including resource hierarchy, billing, org policy, IAM, and multi-project governance.
• Proven platform leadership, driving enterprise cloud initiatives and growing engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise GCP platform end-to-end, including organization structure, networking, and compliance.
• Lead the GCP cloud engineering team, set direction, review designs, and unblock engineers.
• Advance IaC & automation with CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build, Terraform modules, and policy guardrails.
• Architect/engineer GCP networking and security postures, enforce governance, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Define platform strategy, cost optimization (FinOps), and evaluate new GCP services for enterprise adoption.
