Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience with FEA, CFD, and CAD tools; advanced 3D simulation experience.
• Industrial experience in simulation and manufacturing processes for turbomachinery.
• Knowledge of multi-physics simulation and Design for Manufacturability (DfM).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize turbine components with focus on performance, durability, and manufacturability.
• Develop high-fidelity casting simulation methodologies for robust and high-yield foundry processes.
• Integrate manufacturability into early-stage turbine design through upstream simulation approaches.
• Develop cooling technologies balancing thermal performance, manufacturability, and casting feasibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to establish simulation-driven Design-for-Manufacturing (DFM) workflows.
• Identify and resolve complex casting challenges through advanced modeling and data-driven analysis.
