EthosEnergy Group is seeking a Senior Production Engineer in Houston to oversee orders from intake to reporting and ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes rotor lifetime extension (RLE) analyses and metallurgy, guiding junior engineers throughout project execution.

Qualified candidates should have 5–8 years in manufacturing or repair environments, with 8+ years in turbomachinery repairs or metallurgy.

Qualifications

• BCS in engineering or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Experience in turbomachinery preferred.
• Knowledge of metallurgical assessment and rotor diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Create, issue, and maintain shop work instructions.
• Draft and interpret engineering blueprints.
• Support production schedules and extended hours.
• Prepare inspection packages and cost workbooks.
• Review and verify drawings, specs, and work instructions.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and ERP updates.
• Develop repair scopes and cost estimates.
• Mentor less-experienced engineers.
