Job summary

WhiteWater is seeking a maintenance technician to service turbine engines on the Whistler North pipeline, based in Midland, TX. You will perform routine evaluations, troubleshoot failures, document all work, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 75 lbs, and willingness to travel to other compressor locations as needed. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of related experience maintaining machinery and industrial service equipment.
• Experience with turbines, fans, motors, generators and pumps; CAT 3500 series preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and respond to call-outs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine evaluations of gas turbine engines and hardware using precision measuring equipment.
• Audit integrity of systems, troubleshoot failures and conduct maintenance.
• Manage procurement process of inventory with vendors.
• Document records of assembly, evaluations, and maintenance on machinery.
• Outline company standards and recordkeeping for quality assurance of turbine engines.
• Maintain LTSA compliance and safety/regulatory adherence.
• Attend safety trainings and assist in regulatory inspections.
• Occasional travel, including overnight stays, to other compressor locations.
