Job summary

WhiteWater in Cotulla, TX is seeking an experienced Pipeline Operations Technician to operate and maintain engines, valves, meters, and associated field equipment. You will perform pipeline pigging, equipment repairs, and coordinate third-party maintenance while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and accurate documentation.

The role requires 5+ years in related work, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of related field operations experience.
• Must meet driver’s license and insurability requirements; CDL may be required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic math; able to read blueprints/diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Operate engines and maintain designated parameters.
• Perform pipeline locating responsibilities and pigging tasks.
• Maintain equipment and ensure cost-effective performance.
• Coordinate maintenance of facilities and pipelines including ROW and concrete work.
• Operate and repair field equipment like pumps, motors, and valves.
• Oversee third-party construction and inspections; review 1-call tickets.
• Comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
• Assist with budgeting, planning, and capital/O&M forecasting.
• Develop site procedures and work plans; document activities and status updates.
