Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. seeks a Gas Turbine HGP Product Service Engineer to provide field engineering support for Hot Gas Path systems. You will collaborate with customers, design and field teams to resolve issues, and present technical reviews and trainings.

The role includes developing communications like TILs/ETCs, performing RCA on field failures, and driving continuous improvement with global teams. Travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related engineering field.
• 8 years of experience in Gas Turbine HGP systems.
• Willing to travel globally (<5% travel).

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for installed base of Gas Turbine HGP systems.
• Collaborate with commercial, design, and customer teams to resolve HGP issues.
• Support Field Services during planned outages.
• Prepare technical presentations for customers and Senior Leadership.
• Develop technical information letters (TILs/ETCs) for customers.
• Apply RCA techniques to field failures and propose solutions.
