Job summary

Pacific Gas and Electric Company is seeking a senior leader for Gas Pipeline Operations & Maintenance who will direct and optimize gas transmission, distribution, and maintenance activities across multiple California sites.

You will oversee a large, geographically spread team, ensure safety, compliance, and cost control, and partner with engineering and operations to deliver reliable gas service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Leadership experience, 2 years.
• Job-related experience, 8 years.
• Experience managing capital, O&M, and labor budgets.
• CA Class C License, or equivalent.
• Ability to pass federally mandated random drug and alcohol testing.
• Ability to travel using personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• DOT-Emergency Response Only.
• Responsible for a large geographic area within one Gas Transmission, Distribution, or Maintenance & Construction region.
• Leads and directs a geographically dispersed team of 60–100 employees.
• Ensures work is completed within scope, schedule and cost with safety compliance.
• Manages capital & expense, O&M, and labor budgets.
• Assesses complex field situations and recommends solutions.
