Job summary

Energy Transfer LP seeks a seasoned leader to supervise Measurement Technicians and provide technical support for safe, accurate, and compliant gas measurement operations across multiple facilities. You will set schedules, mentor staff, and oversee data integrity and reporting.

You will work with engineering and field operations to optimize performance, manage budgets, and support DOT inspections, upholding the highest safety and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• 8+ years direct experience in pipeline system measurement operations with supervisory/management background.
• Proficient in MS Office; measurement software familiarity beneficial.
• Knowledge of AGA and GPA standards; meters and gas chromatography knowledge.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical support for Measurement Technicians and facilities to ensure safe, accurate and efficient operations.
• Set work schedules and delegate assignments for the Measurement team.
• Maintain accurate gas measurement facilities and manage lost and unaccounted product.
• Ensure timely monthly closing of measurement data and respond to internal/external data requests.
• Assist with budgeting for Capital and O&M based on staffing and resource needs; forecast cash flows.
• Collaborate with Technical Services Manager to resolve complex measurement data problems.
• Provide engineering and operations services related to interconnect facilities including cost estimating and construction management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and act as company representative during DOT inspections.
