Airgas, an Air Liquide company, seeks a Production Operator III in Sacramento to safely fill industrial, medical, and cryogenic gas products and manage related quality checks. The role requires operating forklifts, adhering to DOT/OSHA standards, and maintaining accurate paperwork.

The position offers comprehensive benefits and a $23.50/hour pay with a monthly bonus up to $500. A HS diploma and relevant forklift training are preferred. On-site work in Sacramento, CA.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in manufacturing operations, preferably filling/loading.
• Forklift training/certification and knowledge of safety procedures.
• Proficiency with cylinder and valve identification and pre-fill inspections.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment to fill gas mixtures and cryogenic/medical products.
• Inspect cylinders before filling and follow government and Airgas standards.
• Conduct safety checks (odor tests, caps/valves) per procedures.
• Analyze product purity and correct mixtures.
• Handle high-pressure, medical and liquid cylinders.
• Prepare cylinders and cryogenic vessels for filling.
• Label and dispatch cylinders, maintain paperwork per DOT/OSHA/Airgas standards.
